Production and Delivery Times:

• Production Times (Handcrafted Products)

Each Kaffelatte creation (bag, throw, cushion, decoration) is entirely handmade by the designer.

Items in Stock: Items marked "in stock" are shipped within 2 to 3 business days.

Made-to-Order Items: For items made to order or personalized, please allow 7 to 14 days for production before shipping.

This timeframe may vary depending on the time of year (holidays, sales) or the complexity of the item. In the event of an exceptionally long delay, the customer will be notified by email.

• Delivery Information

Once production is complete, the products are shipped via a carrier (Colissimo, Mondial Relay, etc.).

Delivery Areas: We deliver within Europe.

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided to the customer as soon as the package is shipped.

Kaffelatte is committed to respecting production deadlines. However, once the package has been handed over to the carrier, Kaffelatte cannot be held responsible for delivery delays, losses, or damages caused by the shipping provider.
